This is no leisure trip: we’ll sleep with the mosquitos, eat rations and try to survive nine days on a deserted island. Keep an eye out for our next production!
Have a look at the various time-lapse clips we did while working on the coasts of Canada for the Canadian Council of Professional Fish Harvesters. Click here to watch the video! Music composed by Samuel Laflamme.

KÖBB spent a week filming and photographing salmon fisheries in The City of Rainbows with the Canadian Council of Professional Fish Harvesters. Even though it’s Canada’s wettest city, we had some pretty good weather to work with. The team would like to thank Tom and Christine Chipman, our star fishermen, for their generosity and patience!
We’ve been pretty busy shooting on the east coast for the CCPFH. We documented many different fisheries: lobster in Meteghan NS, oysters in Bedeque PEI, shrimps and crab in Newfoundland and snow crab in Sept-Îles QC. We made some memorable encounters through our journey, immortalized many beautiful sunrises and didn’t sleep much. We can’t wait to show you the end results!
KÖBB was mandated by the Canadian Council of Professional Fish Harvesters (CCPFH) to produce a pan-canadian series of short videos about commercial fishermen. As part of the job, we will make photographs to fill their photo bank. We’ll keep you posted on this!
Lately, KÖBB has been busy shooting on rooftops across the country and producing videos for an unnamed client. We will advertise when the campaign is finally released though. Meanwhile, you can have a look at this pixelated picture of Alex and try to figure out what it’s all about.
